Payment Information
We are a small, fee-for-service clinic, meaning that we collect payment at the time of service. Flexible savings accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are accepted although you may need a doctors prescription for the payment to qualify. Please check with your FSA/HSA plan.
If requested, we can provide an itemized bill to our patients so those who are interested in reimbursement can independently submit it to their insurance companies.
* A norm-referenced pediatric evaluation consists of utilizing a norm-referenced or standardized test to assist in comprehensively evaluating your child.
A written report will be provided detailing your child's test scores and a detailed explanation of his strengths and weaknesses.
